- But how do I 'bloom in crisis?' I feel like I've tried, but I always end up feeling stuck over and over again, so I would love to know how you do it.

- Grow your roots. Trust me, I know exactly what you’re talking about, I’ve been there too. It may appear easy when you look at me now but what you don’t see is that it took a lot of internal work for me to arrive at this state, and dare I say it still takes a lot of work. But what you’ll gain from consistently working with your deepest self over time is that it will gradually become your second nature. "Bloom in crisis" isn’t just a mindset but a lifestyle. It's a way of simply being.

- Ahh… I love that. So how do you navigate your emotions when they arise?

I’ve learned to allow myself to feel all of my feelings, observe them, and understand that there’s no such thing as negative emotions—they’re just emotions. But they also serve as information, important signals to guide my direction. I’ve grown to be thankful for experiencing them rather than fighting them.

- I see… I get it. I think I'm probably too fixated on the outcome rather than tuning into my emotions because I always crave results. It becomes even harder when I consider how far behind I am from my desired outcome.

- Yeah, so that’s an interesting point. This goes back to what I said earlier about the importance of "growing your roots." When you focus solely on the outcome and your pace towards it, you’re neglecting the most crucial part—the foundation that you’re building for yourself that will help you weather any storm. It’s the roots that are growing but no one can see it because you’re only focusing on “when my flower is blooming.” You can only truly feel better when you become stronger internally. So grow your roots. Right now you might not be able to see it yet but I promise you, when you shift your focus, one day your flower is going to bloom.
