Let others know how much you appreciate them


If you see someone doing the right thing or being kind, especially when it’s hard, let them know how much you appreciate their action. Self-validation is necessary but external validation is never excessive. Encourage them to do it more often. Compliment them in public. Empower them.  We all need more of that.
