As a Belarusian, I’m ashamed of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The world needs to know that none of us wants it. Belarus is involved only because of 1 person - our president (the last European dictator) who is and always has been a puppet in Putin’s hands. He will do whatever Russia desires, and that’s why you see Russian military and weaponry stationed on our territory, close to Ukrainian borders. It is absolutely disgusting that it came to this, but unfortunately, there is very little we can do about it. After years of oppression and tyranny Belarusian people are afraid to speak up and change things, as it can easily cost you your freedom and sometimes, life. We condemn the ridiculous war and pray it will be over soon.
